Kelsey is one of our expert Cosmetic Nurse Injectors. Kelsey is fantastic with her keen eye to detail, a background in dermatology and her personal touch on how to look younger, yet natural. Kelsey specializes in dermal fillers, Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Micro-needling, Vampire Facelifts, Pdo Threads, Kybella and is known as a true “lip queen.”
Brittney

Brittney Collins began her nursing career over 12 years ago, graduating from ETSU with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation, she began working at Bristol Regional Medical Center on the intensive care units and then the ER. For the last 6 years, she has been a flight nurse with Wings Air Rescue. Brittney is married to the love of her life, Sid Collins. They share a love for medicine, zeal for life, and adventure. Sid is a surgeon at BRMC & is still serving his country as a Colonel in the United States Army. Together they have 3 children; Elli 13, Everett 12, and their newest addition Rhett, 7 months old. In their free time, they love to travel, love the lake, the beach and the mountains.

Sarah has her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has been in the beauty industry for three years. Her love for aesthetics has grown over time and her knowledge has grown deeper with continuing education for herself and her clients; so she can give them the best treatment plan possible. She is so about about what she does because she's always had an eye for art and beauty. She loves helping people feel confident and beautiful from the inside out. She is also a critical care nurse.
Jason

Jason Higgs has been a nurse for almost 8 years. He was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and moved to the Tri cities in 2022. Jason gained an interest in aesthetic nursing a few years ago when he started receiving injections, and has finally decided to take the leap into becoming a nurse injector. He believes that everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. This includes both men and women, who should feel equally empowered to feel confident in enhancing their physical appearance. Jason believes everyone deserves to feel amazing in their own skin, and he's here to support you every step of the way. Trinity Brown is our newest Nurse Injector. She completed her nursing degree with Virginia Highlands Community College and plans on continuing her education as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career as a ER trauma nurse, and works as an IV sedation nurse when not working at Renew. Trinity has a true passion for helping others. She is from the Tri-Cities area and enjoys planning Disney vacations as a Disney travel agent and spending her days off with her husband, family, and her boxer, Roxie.
Blake
Marketing & Front Office Assistant / Finance Coordinator
Blake is our tech savvy guy that assists with client financial support, scheduling, and Marketing. He was born and raised in the SWVA/NETN area. He graduated in 2021 from Virginia Highlands with his Associates in Applied Science majoring in Management. He likes to spend his free time outdoors or on the water.

Laura is the smiling face you see when you open the door or the friendly voice you hear on the phone. She was born in New York, grew up in Parkersburg, WV and is a graduate of West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV. Laura loves spending time with her family dogs and animals on her mother’s farm in WV. She has 3 adult children and resides in Bristol, TN with her husband, Kevin.
Lisa
Practice Administrator, Manager
Lisa offers our patients a unique combination of aesthetic knowledge, with over 12 years of MedSpa experience, including medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. Lisa is proud to be managing such a amazing aesthetic team and truly strives for perfection with every single person that works through our doors. Lisa attended VHCC and has attended multiple Allergan and Galderma trainings over the years. She resides in Virginia with her husband, 3 daughters and her fur babies. Lisa is a Disney lover, avid traveler and her favorite place to be, is at the beach.
Dr. John W. Mann, III
MD, FACP
Born and raised in Bristol, Dr. Mann started in EMS while still in high school and earned his paramedic certification at night. He left Bristol to join the Army and served as a medic in the 10th Mountain Light Infantry. John then earned his degree as a physician assistant. He practiced for four years before returning to medical school and graduating from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2002. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Mann is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr.Mann, along with Mike Baines offers Concierge primary care medicine at www.clublevelhealth.com.

Meet Sadie, the cheerful and supportive service dog at our office. 🐾 Sadie is always there to brighten our days and lend a helping paw. With her wagging tail and friendly demeanor, she brings joy and comfort to everyone around her. Whether it's offering a listening ear or providing a calming presence, Sadie is an invaluable member of our team.
